Job summary

Pearson seeks a commercially minded portfolio leader to own the knowledge suite and Pearson Live Training businesses. You will shape strategy, pricing, and GTM, guiding learning experiences from conception through launch to measurable impact for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams, leveraging AI-enabled learning innovations to strengthen customer value and market differentiation in a dynamic education technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product/portfolio management or related commercial role in enterprise learning, L&D, or B2B offerings.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes and guiding offerings from insight to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance including P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases aligned with finance and leadership.
• Lead go-to-market: segmentation, personas, campaigns, sales enablement, and partner positioning.
• Define the learning roadmap and measure value delivered to customers and learners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
