Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager of Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth via organic and inorganic strategies, including digital health and emerging technologies. Regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL HQ is required; remote work is possible for some roles. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The role collaborates with management, leads due diligence, builds business cases, and presents to the board. A 10% target bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets for inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on inorganic targets.
• Develop valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
