Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth via strategic projects, digital health, and venture opportunities. The role interfaces with management and may be remote, with regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL. Visa sponsorship is not available; local candidates are prioritized.

Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 with a 10% target annual bonus. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius areas to identify inorganic targets.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams, due diligence, business case development and approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage strategic corporate portfolio analysis, target evaluations and scenario modeling.
• Build valuations of target assets using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces and stakeholders.
