Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic projects including digital health and venture opportunities. Role involves frequent interaction with management across the organization and travel to our Lake Zurich, IL headquarters. Remote work is possible but priority goes to local candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The position offers a competitive salary with an annual bonus target of 10%, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead cross-functional project management from due diligence to board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents to gain management alignment for inorganic opportunities.
• Manage portfolio analysis, target evaluations, and scenario modeling.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities through all phases from evaluation to execution.
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Support strategy discussions with market insights and direction.
