Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Analyze markets, segments and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius areas.
• Lead due diligence, business case development and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management and prioritise targets.
• Model valuations (DCF, NPV, precedents) and support execution of deals.
