Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic initiatives, digital health, and new business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with management and global teams, with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters. visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary range is $138,000–$150,000, plus a 10% target bonus. The position emphasizes due diligence, business case development, and execution across Fresenius’ global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy, and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Comfortable working in a complex, matrix organization and in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage portfolio analysis, target evaluations, and scenario modeling.
• Develop valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee strategic projects from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Leverage market insights to shape strategy and future direction.
