Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive strategic growth across inorganic and organic initiatives, including digital health and venture investments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable in ambiguous/rapidly evolving situations.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth; focus areas include nutrition, MedTech, and biopharmaceuticals.
• Lead project management with functional leads and global teams to deliver corporate projects via due diligence, business case development, and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to align on inorganic targets.
• Manage internal strategic portfolio analysis and evaluate new business areas, scenarios, and modeling.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces, including consultants, brokers, business principals, and investment banks.
• Apply market insights to discuss strategy and future direction of the business.
