Huntington Bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager (Associate Director) for its Project Finance & Infrastructure team. You will underwrite, structure and monitor a diverse portfolio of energy and infrastructure loans, coordinating with clients and Credit to ensure high asset quality.

The role requires deep project finance knowledge, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to guide complex negotiations from due diligence to post-closing. Hybrid office-based work is available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in underwriting, credit, or portfolio management in project finance.
• Strong knowledge of US power and energy markets and regulatory environment.
• Experience in back-leverage, community solar, distributed generation and related assets.

Aufgaben

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of project finance transactions from due diligence to close.
• Analyze cash flows, project structures and contractual terms for credit decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and credit for approvals and amendments.
• Monitor portfolio performance and safeguard asset quality through post-closing activities.
• Prepare credit memos and present findings to Credit Officer for approval.
