Job summary

Huntington Bank, N.A. is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager to support the Project Finance & Infrastructure team in underwriting and portfolio management.

You will work with Relationship Managers and Credit to build a high-quality project finance portfolio, including construction and back-leverage deals, across energy and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include due diligence, financial modeling, approvals, and post-closing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of underwriting, credit, or portfolio management in Project Finance with competence in Financial Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of power and energy markets in the US; experience in Renewable Energy Project Finance.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite credit transactions for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Recommend capital structure and gather data for focused analyses; manage amendments and waivers.
• Review financial statements, cash flow models, and projections to support credit decisions.
