Huntington Bank, N.A. is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager (Associate Director) for the Project Finance & Infrastructure team to lead underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management across power, renewables, and infrastructure projects.

In this role you will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit to construct high‑quality portfolios, oversee documentation, and mentor junior staff while maintaining asset quality. This includes post‑closing operations and performance monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of underwriting, credit, or portfolio management experience in Project Finance with financial modeling.

Aufgaben

• Underwrite credit transactions for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Review financial statements, projections, and cash flow models for credit decisions.
• Prepare underwriting materials and present findings to Credit Officer.
• Ensure sound asset quality and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
• Obtain and negotiate necessary credit documentation and covenants.
• Mentor junior professionals and support deal teams with loan syndication and marketing materials.
