Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, credit, or portfolio management in Project Finance and competence in Financial Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites credit transactions for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Reviews financial statements, projection models, and cash flow models to support credit decisions.
• Prepares thorough credit underwriting and presents findings to Credit Officer.
• Manages documentation including credit agreements, notes, pledges and collateral.
