Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, credit, or portfolio management in Project Finance and competence in Financial Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of energy markets and project finance structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite credit transactions for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Recommend capital structure and manage data for focused analysis; handle amendments and waivers.
• Review financial statements, cash flow models, and projections to support credit decisions.
• Prepare thorough credit underwriting with market and financial trend analysis.
• Ensure underwriting decisions reflect asset quality and risk controls.
• Support relationship managers with marketing materials and client presentations.
• Identify problem accounts and monitor portfolio risk; mentor junior staff.
