Huntington Bank is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager (Associate Director) to lead credit underwriting, financial modeling and portfolio management for its Project Finance & Infrastructure team. The role oversees due diligence, documentation, and post-closing operations to safeguard project performance.

The position collaborates with Relationship Managers and the Credit Department to build a high-quality project finance portfolio across energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, credit, or portfolio management in Project Finance and competence in Financial Modeling.

Mansioni

• Underwrites credit transactions for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Recommends capital structure and manages amendments and waivers to credit facilities.
• Reviews financial statements, cash flow models, and projection models for credit decisions.
• Prepares credit underwriting analyses highlighting industry and market trends for Credit Officer review.
• Ensures underwriting/structuring decisions reflect strong asset quality and risk-adjusted profitability.
• Negotiates documentation including credit agreements, notes, and collateral.
• Collaborates with loan syndication, origination, and distribution teams for syndicated credits.
• Supports Relationship Managers with client presentations and product solutions.
