Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Portfolio Delivery Leader (PDL) within Professional Services’ Delivery Account Management. The role centers on portfolio health, financial performance, and executive relationships across paid engagements and investment commitments.

You will balance direct customer engagement with governance, staffing strategies, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities include validating deals before contract execution, driving recovery when delivery is at risk, and aligning delivery to mission

Qualifications

Senior leadership accountable for delivery health, revenue, margin, and outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
Experience assessing deal readiness before contract execution, including scope, estimates, staffing, dependencies, and success criteria.
Strong financial acumen, including revenue forecasting, contingency management, and margin protection.
Ability to build executive client relationships and stabilize at‑risk engagements.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own portfolio health and provide a forward‑looking view of engagements.
Identify risks, drive corrective actions with owners, deadlines, and measurable results.
Ensure deals are ready for delivery and secure required governance.
Lead escalation management and cross‑functional recovery plans.
Support account growth through delivery insights and executive sponsorship alignment.
