Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a senior Portfolio Delivery Leader to oversee a defined portfolio of paid engagements within the Public Sector DAM function.

You will ensure delivery health, financial performance, and executive relationships across multiple programs. Role requires driving risk recovery, staffing alignment, and milestone governance while collaborating with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accountability for delivery health, revenue, margin, and customer outcomes across a complex portfolio of engagements.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue forecasting, contingency management, fixed-fee burn rates, and delivered versus bid margin.
• Proven ability to build executive customer relationships, lead difficult conversations, and stabilize at-risk engagements.
• Experience assessing deal readiness before contract execution, including scope, estimates, staffing, dependencies, commercial assumptions, and success criteria.
• Ability to drive decisions and results across a matrixed organization without direct people management authority.
• Sound judgment in prioritizing multiple strategic engagements and intervening where customer or business impact is greatest.
• Strong escalation management, conflict resolution, and executive communication skills.
• Experience governing fixed-fee delivery, including milestone attainment, scope changes, and margin protection.

Responsibilities

• Own Level 3 delivery sign-off and validate customer outcomes, scope, estimates, staffing, and margin assumptions.
• Review revenue forecasts, contingency usage, burn rates, milestone progress, and margin to protect revenue.
• Lead portfolio assessments and SDS reviews, explaining red/yellow engagements and required leadership actions.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors and program leaders; align delivery to mission and outcomes.
• Serve as primary portfolio escalation point, mobilize cross-functional leaders, and govern high‑watch engagements.
• Partner with Delivery Engagement Leads to secure staffing and address fulfillment gaps.
• Identify expansion opportunities and renewal risks through delivery insights and customer relationships.
