- Ability to build executive relationships and stabilize at‑risk engagements.
- Experience assessing deal readiness before contract execution and staff decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio health with forward‑looking engagement views and accountable owners.
- Validate deals for delivery, ensuring scope, estimates, staffing, and margins.
- Protect revenue and margin through weekly forecast reviews and corrective actions.
- Lead Services Delivery Strategy reviews and portfolio assessments with leadership.
- Build executive confidence by aligning delivery to mission and outcomes.
- Manage escalations and recovery plans across cross‑functional teams.
- Drive resource strategy and capacity planning to meet commitments.
- Support account growth by identifying renewal opportunities grounded in value.
