Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Portfolio Delivery Leader (PDL) within Professional Services’ Delivery Account Management. You will own a defined portfolio of paid engagements, driving delivery health, revenue, margin, and executive relationships across cross-functional teams.

You will validate deals pre-contract, manage risks, and ensure staffing and scope align with customer outcomes, while leading portfolio governance and pursuit of growth opportunities within the NGO/public sector market.

Qualifications

• Delivery health, revenue, margin, and outcomes across a complex portfolio.
• Ability to assess deal readiness incl. scope, estimates, staffing.
• Experience with fixed-fee delivery, milestones, and margin protection.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and stabilize at-risk engagements.
• Travel may be required approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio health with forward-looking engagements and risk ownership.
• Validate deals before contract execution and ensure success criteria and staffing are aligned.
• Review revenue forecasts, contingency usage, and margin performance weekly; drive corrective actions.
• Lead SDS reviews and present portfolio assessments with clear red/yellow flags and impact.
• Develop strong executive sponsor relationships and align delivery with mission outcomes.
