Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader (PDL) within Salesforce Professional Services’ Delivery Account Management to oversee a defined portfolio for nonprofit and NGO clients in the Public Sector. The role balances direct customer engagement with portfolio governance, ensuring delivery health, favorable margins, and executive sponsorship across multiple engagements.

Qualificações

• Director level or above with accountability for delivery health, revenue, margin, and outcomes across a complex portfolio.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and stabilize at-risk engagements.
• Experience assessing deal readiness before contract execution, including scope, estimates, staffing, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Ability to drive decisions across a matrixed organization without direct people management authority.
• Strong governance of fixed-fee delivery, milestones, scope changes, and margin protection.

Responsabilidades

• Own Level 3 delivery sign-off within governance and validate customer outcomes, scope, success criteria, estimates, staffing, dependencies, and margin assumptions.
• Review revenue forecasts, contingency usage, burn rates, milestone progress, and margin to protect revenue and margin.
• Lead portfolio assessments and SDS reviews, explaining red/yellow engagements and required leadership decisions.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders to align delivery with mission outcomes.
