Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader (PDL) within Professional Services to oversee delivery health, financial performance, and executive relationships across a defined portfolio. The role blends direct customer engagement with portfolio governance and resource strategy to ensure successful outcomes and margin protection.

You will collaborate across sales, solutioning, and delivery to validate deals pre-contract, manage risks, and drive corrective actions.

Formación

• Director level or above in a relevant leadership role.
• Delivery health, revenue, margin accountability across a complex portfolio.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, contingency, and margin tracking.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and stabilize at-risk engagements.
• Experience assessing deal readiness pre-contract, including scope and staffing.
• Ability to drive decisions across a matrixed organization without direct people mgmt.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure deals are delivery-ready with validated outcomes, scopes, and success criteria.
• Protect revenue and margin by reviewing forecasts and controlling scope and burn.
• Lead services delivery strategy reviews and communicate risks to leadership.
• Build executive confidence through trusted sponsor relationships.
• Direct escalations, define recovery plans, and govern High Watch engagements.
• Drive resource strategy and address fulfillment gaps to meet commitments.
• Support account growth by identifying renewal risks and expansion opportunities.
