Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director of Communications to translate planning and portfolio strategy into a clear enterprise narrative. You will own communications for the strategic portfolio, crafting messages, audience strategies, and channel plans.

You’ll develop executive materials and drive readiness and adoption across leadership and teams. You will lead multi-channel communications, measure impact, and partner with HR and governance to ensure timely, precise messaging

Qualifications

8+ years experience in enterprise, executive, portfolio or transformation communications in a global matrix.
Experience designing and executing communications strategies for complex portfolios.
Experience preparing senior executive materials with subject-matter owners.
Practical change experience, including stakeholder analysis and adoption-oriented communications.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated narrative across the LRP, ABP and strategic P&C portfolio.
Define audience segments, objectives, message hierarchy and channels.
Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, talking points, FAQs and leader materials.
Lead readiness and adoption communications and measure impact.
Define and track measures of clarity, usefulness, and reach.
