Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Sr. Director, Portfolio to provide strategic oversight across the Connections & Media brand portfolio, reporting to the VP, Connections & Media.

You will lead investment governance, audience-led growth, and performance management, partnering with Marketing Analytics, Finance, Consumer Intelligence, and Creative teams to optimize portfolio investments. The role emphasizes modern audience-first practices, cross-functional leadership, and transformational change

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in media, marketing, communications strategy, audience development, growth planning, or connected marketing.
• Experience in leadership roles within agencies, media organizations, consulting firms, or client-side marketing at scale is preferred.
• Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry or other complex, multi-brand businesses is advantageous.
