Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Planning & Portfolio Communications to turn strategy into a clear enterprise narrative. You will own communications for the strategic P&C portfolio, crafting executive materials, audience strategies, and channel planning from governance to leader communications.

You will lead readiness and adoption communications, measure impact, and partner with HR and change capabilities to ensure alignment and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Change, Business, Behavioral Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in enterprise, executive, portfolio or transformation communications in a global matrix.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing communications strategies for complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated portfolio narratives across the LRP, ABP and strategic P&C portfolio.
• Define audience segments, channel objectives, message hierarchy and sequencing; evaluate channels and forums.
• Develop executive materials, talking points and leader communications; advise sponsors on risks and clarity.
