Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Change, Business, Behavioral Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in enterprise, executive, portfolio or transformation communications in a global matrix.
Proven experience designing and executing communications strategies for complex portfolios.
Experience preparing senior executive materials with subject-matter owners.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated narrative across the LRP, ABP and strategic P&C portfolio.
Translate strategy and portfolio choices into clear messages on changes and actions.
Define audience segments, channels, timing and calls to action for portfolio communications.
Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations and leader materials.
