• 12+ years leading enterprise transformation, communications, capability-building, digital adoption, or organizational transformation initiatives within large global organizations.
• Demonstrated success influencing enterprise-wide transformations impacting large, geographically dispersed workforces.
• Strong executive communications and storytelling experience.
• Experience supporting digital, technology, AI, data, or operating model transformations.
• Proven ability to mobilize leaders and employee populations around strategic business initiatives.
• Experience operating within lean, matrixed environments.

• Lead communications, mobilization, and adoption efforts for global transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business, technology, and digital leaders to accelerate the adoption of new capabilities, tools, and ways of working.
• Translate complex business, technology, and AI initiatives into compelling, actionable narratives.
