Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class delivery across the PM Team.

You will coach PMs, monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent application of PM practices across the business center. The role requires ensuring HSSE adherence, leading project controls staff, and guiding senior leadership on execution and commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable degree with extensive experience.
• Strong project management skills with proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to advise senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PMs and project controls staff; drive PM best practices.
• Serve as PIR and monitor project performance including budget, schedule, risk and quality.
• Support proposal reviews, risk management, and commercial evaluation for projects.
