Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in New Orleans seeks a Project Management & Commercial Lead to strengthen the PM community and ensure consistent delivery using Stantec’s PM practices. You will coach PMs, monitor performance, and guide risk and commercial evaluation across the PM team.

Reporting to the Senior PMCL, the role includes leading PIRs, reviewing proposals, and mentoring Project Management Leads to standardize processes across the business center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable field with relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HSSE practices in project delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to assign projects to qualified PMs.
• Lead PIRs and monitor project performance (cost, schedule, risk, quality).
• Drive adherence to PM framework and risk management practices.
• Assist in proposal reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
