Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery by developing the PM community and enforcing PM practices across the PM Team.
Reporting to the Senior PMCL, the role provides coaching, monitors performance, and strengthens commercial and PM capabilities. The PMCL supports proposal reviews, performance analysis, and guidance on delivery, risk, and commercial evaluation, with authority to advise Project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable technical, business, or professional degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from pursuit through closeout.
- Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Project Independent Reviewer (PIR) for projects managed by the PMCL’s PM cadre.
- Monitor project performance including budget, schedule, risk, and quality management.
- Lead and support efforts to improve resource management and project delivery processes across the business unit.
