Aufgaben

• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications to ensure delivery of key tasks, including budget management, organizational goal metrics & tracking, improvement in employee satisfaction, coordination of year-end processes, talent and business unit reviews.
• Prepare presentations, communications and speeches for the direct leader, including boards, analyst groups, regulatory agencies, and employee/management groups; ensure meeting readiness.
• Represent the senior leader on strategic and tactical initiatives; monitor progress of objectives and lead cross-organizational initiatives as needed.
• Initiate activities to maximize organizational effectiveness; lead and coach direct reports, including performance reviews.
• Partner with HR to design organization structure and business-specific people strategies; recognize leaders/employees.
• Develop, coach and guide other support staff as needed.
