RiverSource Life Insurance Company seeks a Team Lead-Operations-U to guide a customer-service team, drive process improvements, and ensure world-class service for advisors and clients. This hybrid role is based in Minneapolis, MN with a second office in Charlotte, NC, and is a full-time exempt position.

The incumbent will lead, coach, prioritize work, and support cross-functional projects to elevate service levels.

Formación

• High school or equivalent degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• Prior experience coaching or providing indirect leadership to others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach direct reports, provide work direction and support to team on processes or procedures related to transaction processing or customer service standards and techniques.
• Assist and coach direct reports in resolving complex or high priority service issues.
• Manage workload and guide prioritization to meet accuracy and call quality metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process-improvement teams affecting customer service.
• Provide feedback via performance management to develop skills.
