Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience participating in client meetings and facilitating discussions.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and propose solutions.
• Strong leadership to motivate advisors, leaders and staff.
• FINRA Series 7 and state securities licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Drive advisor net flows through virtual interactions and meetings.
• Execute region plan aligned with national strategy and explain it to stakeholders.
• Partner with field leaders, product partners and wholesalers.
• Coach and engage EAR recruits and advisory teams in financial conversations.
