Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications to ensure delivery of key tasks including budget management and goal metrics.
Prepare presentations, communications and speeches for the direct leader and prepare for board meetings and external groups.
Represent the senior leader on strategic initiatives and monitor progress of objectives.
Drive process improvements and provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
