You will partner with operational and clinical leaders to attract top talent, manage high-volume searches, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.

Key duties include ads creation, posting, pipeline development, and coordination with immigration teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field is required.
• 1–2 years' experience in HR/healthcare and physician recruiting within a hospital system or staffing agency is required.
• One year of relevant professional experience may substitute for one year of education.

Aufgaben

• Create ads and job postings; post and maintain openings on job boards.
• Run recruitment reports for weekly meetings.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified resources for staffing needs.
• Coordinate immigration/work authorization in partnership with immigration attorneys.
• Lead residency recruitment events and career fairs.
• Negotiate contracts and compensation with leadership and MedStar guidelines.
