Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter/Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment of physicians and APPs, partnering with clinical leadership, department chairs, and HR to forecast workforce needs and design effective hiring campaigns.

Under the Senior Director Talent Acquisition, you will own recruitment strategy, negotiate offers, build strategic pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare admin or related field with 5–8 years of recruitment experience, healthcare/physician focus preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• CPRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to executive and clinical leadership for workforce planning.
• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and outcomes across service lines.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing and marketing strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, leaders, and APPs, including offer strategy.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
• Build long-term talent pipelines through partnerships with residency programs and medical societies.
