HCA Healthcare is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to lead full cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment for their division. You will partner with hospital leadership, design recruitment strategies, and oversee candidate screening and placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with division/facility/LOB leadership to understand and intake business needs and activates recruitment strategies.
• Gathers insights and prepares reports detailing recruitment performance for leadership; communicates results to executives.
• Develops and implements a recruitment plan to ensure compliant processes for screening and placement of physicians/providers.
• Negotiates contracts and creates physician spend proformas; maintains accurate candidate records and reports.
• Coordinates site visits, engages with market leadership, and oversees candidate vetting and background checks.
