Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to own and drive full-cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across the division. You will partner with hospital leadership, coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment lifecycle.

You will develop and implement recruitment plans, track key metrics, and work with Legal for contract negotiations and proformas, while maintaining data integrity in our applicant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Experience owning full-cycle physician and APP recruitment.
• Ability to build partnerships with hospital and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle physician and APP recruitment for division/LOB.
• Develops recruitment plans and conducts interviews and screening.
• Maintains candidate records and reports recruiting metrics.
• Negotiates contracts and creates physician spend proformas.
• Coordinates site visits and liaises with market leadership.
