Job summary

St. Mary’s Health Care System seeks an experienced recruiter to develop and implement strategies for physician and mid-level provider recruitment. You will build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline and collaborate with system and ministry recruitment teams to meet provider growth goals.

The role supports partnership with physician and provider recruitment teams to ensure timely filling of opportunities across Trinity Health Ministries and related organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare administration field (preferred advanced degree).
• 3–5 years of healthcare recruiting experience, with emphasis on physician/provider roles.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and full life-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for physicians and mid-level providers.
• Source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates to Trinity Health Ministries.
• Collaborate with GME, provider recruitment leadership, and system offices to meet staffing goals.
