Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• One year of physician recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Physician Recruitment for the Virginia Hospital Center.
• Recommends recruitment strategies to leadership and assists with recruitment plan development.
• Supports the hospital's mission and vision in recruitment activities.
