Job summary

St. David's Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is looking for a Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment for the division.

You will establish relationships with facility CEOs, develop recruitment plans, and coordinate interviews and candidate vetting. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, maintaining candidate records in Optimum/Salesforce, and partnering with hospital leadership to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners.
• Develops recruitment plans and ensures compliance with standards.
• Oversees candidate screening, interviews, references and background checks.
