Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Partnership Manager in Elkton, MD to drive physician and practice outreach, educate providers on center capabilities, and expand case volumes across USPI centers. The role requires building relationships with physicians and schedulers while aligning with enterprise priorities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in health-system relations or medical sales, with strong communication and organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel in market; Motor Vehicle Records check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders to increase center selection for cases.
• Evaluate physician referral patterns and market dynamics.
• Develop and gain support for business development strategies with leadership.
• Research providers to understand facility selection and relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to communicate center attributes and capabilities.
• Follow up with physicians and managers to address growth obstacles and demand.
