CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to serve as the senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit. You will drive renewal and upsell initiatives while coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
• Experience in pharmacy or PBM industry preferred.
• Experience managing employer group or health plan accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team as the quarterback with ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop strong client relationships through proactive interactions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
• Use consultative selling to meet client needs and drive up-sell opportunities.
• Deliver quarterly and annual reporting on drug trend, financial performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Formulate responses to RFPs with underwriting, networks, operations, and legal.
