Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to serve as the senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit. You will interface with executive leadership, account management, clinical, product and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction, effective service delivery and successful renewals.

You will use a consultative selling approach to propose CVS Health solutions that address client needs and drive up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience in pharmacy or PBM industry and employer group accounts preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic account team and own client satisfaction and service delivery.
Develop internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and strong communication.
Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
Use consultative selling to recommend CVS Health solutions and drive up-sell opportunities.
Deliver quarterly and annual reporting on drug trends, financial performance, and cost savings.
