Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or related internship/sales experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytics skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding results and working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a comprehensive business plan.
• Identify influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and execution of plan.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand local healthcare delivery, physician hierarchies, and key personnel.
• Analyze local market trends and craft a competitive business plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners to enhance customer experience.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to improve customer engagement.
