Job summary

Syneos Health in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with healthcare providers and key influencers within an assigned territory in the United States.

You will plan and execute a territory strategy, deliver product presentations, and leverage AI-driven insights to personalize interactions with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience or internship or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and build positive customer relationships.
• Ability to learn, apply and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales results.
• Team player who can also work independently and drive performance.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Strong digital acumen with interest in AI tools to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by implementing an integrated territory plan.
• Identify key influencers and engage top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the healthcare delivery system and key personnel.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners to enhance customer experience.
• Manage the territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize provider interactions.
