Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
• Business to business sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication and account management skills.
• Digital acumen with interest in AI and technology to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage according to plan of action.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of healthcare delivery system within each customer and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, brand team and support partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company brand strategy and participate in training and development programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital engagement tools to personalize provider interactions.
