Job summary

Inizio Engage in Phoenix is seeking a Sales Representative to drive adoption of assigned therapies by building strategic relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and pharmacies. You will develop account plans, navigate access environments, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve patient access.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech, strong closing skills, and ability to drive opportunities to execution in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate and mobilize internal partners across a matrixed organization.
• Strong closing skills with ability to drive opportunities to execution.
• Experience engaging senior healthcare leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and clinical/economic value across stakeholders.
• Engage key decision-makers and influencers to advance conversations to action.
• Ensure product access and educate on usage, patient assistance, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate across multispecialty accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Apply digital tools to analyze trends and support HCP adoption and patient access.
