Inizio Engage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Representative to drive utilization and growth of assigned therapies within a defined geography by developing strategic customer relationships, executing account plans, and navigating complex access environments.

You will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, health systems, pharmacies, payers, and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and ensure access to innovative therapies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and value proposition across efficacy, safety, and access.
• Engage key decision-makers and influencers across customer accounts.
• Strategic account planning to move discussions from interest to action.
• Ensure product access and provide education on use, patient assistance, and reimbursement resources.
• Collaborate across multispecialty accounts and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Integrate digital solutions to provide insights and analyze trends for HCP adoption.
