Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Akron, OH to drive territory growth through strategic account plans and clinical education. You will engage physicians and healthcare professionals, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven patient care.

The role requires a BA/BS (Life Sciences preferred) and 2+ years pharma or B2B sales experience.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required; life sciences preferred.
B2B sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years pharmaceutical experience.
Ability to identify key decision makers and develop strong customer relationships.
Proven track record of exceeding results.
Team player who can also work independently and is motivated to succeed.
Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.
Strong digital acumen with interest in AI to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing a territory plan.
Identify key influencers and manage top customers according to plan.
Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
Understand local healthcare delivery and physician hierarchy to inform strategy.
Develop product/competitor knowledge and leverage market trends.
Collaborate with brand, sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks on time.
Adhere to corporate policies and participate in ongoing training.
