The role focuses on developing multi-level relationships, expanding product access, and increasing sales and market share of assigned products. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from the primary city, with a track record in health science or pharmaceutical sales and strong strategic and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Health Science Field or Sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas.
• Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to cover territory, including overnight training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of account management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with corporate/senior management staff.
• Develop product strategies to penetrate key accounts and increase market share.
• Provide strategic direction to regional and district teams on target accounts.
• Advise management on challenges and opportunities within key accounts and support training needs.
• Develop annual business plans to increase sales volume across FDA approved indications.
• Analyze financial data to assess profitability and impact of opportunities.
• Partner with Field Sales Managers to evaluate and penetrate non-retail account drivers.
• Drive target account volume and share growth through detailed analysis and execution.
