• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, advising on coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Develop insurance plans tailored to client needs and growth goals.
• Act as field underwriter and bind coverage as appropriate with carriers.
• Manage renewals and remarketing to maximize account retention.
• Prepare proposals, binders, certificates, and loss evaluations; assist with claims.
