Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License required in home state and maintained.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in personal lines insurance.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, advise on coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and manage renewals to maximize retention.
• Prepare proposals, loss analyses, binders, certificates, and other documents.
• Assist in claims coordination and coordinate with carriers to expedite settlements.
• Stay informed on products, legislation, and industry trends to enhance service.
